Our founder’s Story
Sheryl Shields,
Founder & Executive Coach
Sheryl transcended the challenges of a tumultuous upbringing, finding strength in adversity. Her resolve to shape a destiny of her own making saw her through working multiple jobs to fund her education, initiating a teaching career in her 30s, and embracing freedom post-divorce to cultivate a life filled with love and happiness. Her journey, marked by resilience and the determination to forge a brighter narrative for herself and her children, eventually led her to share stages with icons like Martha Beck and Oprah Winfrey and become a certified life coach and motivational figure.
Founding “Get Happe Coaching,” Sheryl’s mission became empowering others to architect their futures, free from fear and limitation. Through her coaching, she offers a beacon of hope and transformation, guiding individuals to confront their struggles, tap into their inner potential, and embrace a journey toward lasting happe-ness and profound life change.
